The teen years provide challenges as well as excitement. It can be hard to juggle school, sports or activities, friendships, romance, social media, parents, self-care, and still find time for just plain old fun and relaxation. Sometimes it is hard to know where one stands in one’s community, and feelings of self-consciousness, anxiety, and depression can arise. This is normal! This group will provide support and skills to help manage the stress of being a teenager in these times. New groups form in Fall and Spring. Call for an intake interview.
